Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, seeks an Adolescent Family Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary treatment team dedicated to recovery from eating disorders. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy within a residential program setting.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a valid counseling license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or psychologist). Experience with eating disorders is helpful; DEI practices are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed in a counseling field (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) preferred.
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care helpful.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Liaising with families and outpatient providers.
• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support and modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Providing safe, empathetic, affirming care respecting clients’ identities.

Programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.We are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
