Applicants should hold a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities to support children and families within the Linn, Johnson, Washington, Benton, and surrounding counties.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services related field of study (or)2. Possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a human services related field of study (or)3. Possess a High School diploma/GED and the equivalent of 5 years of full time experience in social services or other human services delivery.**Additional Qualifications:*** Must be at least 23 years of age* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Effective problem solving and coordination abilities* Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment
