Synergy HomeCare seeks a compassionate Family Support Specialist - Caregiver for part-time work in the Livermore, CA area. You will support children and families with activities, daily routines, meals, and safety, while coordinating with parents and our team to ensure smooth days.

The role offers flexible hours, diverse assignments including newborn and school‑aged care, and ongoing coaching from a caregiver‑focused team. A valid CA driver’s license and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of professional child care, preschool, daycare, nanny, or babysitting experience.
• Valid California driver license.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification before working independently.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain.
• Complete Care Academy before starting.
• Effective English communication skills, Spanish is a plus.
• Professional references.

Pay

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour

YOUR ROLE AS A FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST - CAREGIVER

You may spend time organizing educational activities, encouraging creativity through games and play, helping with homework, preparing meals and snacks, and assisting children with daily routines while ensuring they remain safe and engaged.
