How You Can Help

EveryDay Labs is looking for part-time, remote employees to help make calls and respond to inquiries over the phone. We are looking for passionate and caring individuals who are interested in supporting students and families. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating professionally and respectfully with callers, answering questions and providing callers with resources that will be given to you ahead of time. You will also be expected to log call information in a computer program that you will be taught to use during training sessions.

As a Family Support Representative, you will:

  • Connect with families by phone to follow up on inquiries and offer meaningful, trained support.
  • Identify needs and provide appropriate guidance, resources, and assistance based on individual situations.
  • Create a positive impact by engaging with professionalism, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
  • Navigate case-by-case situations using provided training, scripts, and supervisor guidance.
  • Recognize and escalate concerns that require further support or intervention.
  • Document calls accurately using internal tools and systems to track interactions and categorize call types.
  • Apply critical thinking when using escalation or de-escalation techniques to support families through challenging conversations.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Ability to multitask, actively listen, and remain calm during challenging phone conversations
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Availability to work part-time from August 2025 to June 2026
