About the Role:

The Family Support Provider plays a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of families by offering guidance, resources, and support tailored to their unique needs. This position involves working closely with families to identify challenges and develop effective strategies to overcome them, ultimately fostering a nurturing environment for children and parents alike. The Family Support Provider will collaborate with various community resources and services to ensure families have access to essential support systems. By building trusting relationships, the provider will empower families to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. The role involves providing home visiting services and includes a technical component, such as data entry, online data tracking, creating online guides, and generating reports for follow-up. The candidate should have experience, as data entry and goal tracking are essential aspects of the role. The end result of this role is to create a positive impact on family dynamics and contribute to the community's health and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with families in a supportive or counseling role.
  • Strong understanding of community resources and social services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Certification in family support or counseling.
  • Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
