The Idaho Health & Welfare’s Congregate Care Bureau is hiring(2) twoFamily Support Clinicians(FSCs) for ourCaldwellfield office. FSCs are an essential component of the Congregate Care Bureau's mission: ensuring that youth receive the right level of care, the appropriate treatment, and the necessary duration of support. FSCs provide clinical support and psychoeducation to birth, foster, post adoption, other caregivers, aiming to stabilize youth within their communities, prevent placement disruptions, and assist with healthy Congregate Care transitions during discharge. Through immediate intervention and therapeutic strategies, FSCs work to prevent youth from entering the foster care system by maintaining stability within their home environments and ensuring continuity of care. Some travel may be requested.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and subject to termination at any time.
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace. Our generous benefits package increases the total compensation of a full-time (benefits eligible) Clinician making $32.00/hour to an estimated $44.94/hour.
