Job summary

Ireland Home Based Services is hiring Family Support & Supervised Visitation Specialists to supervise visits between parents and children and coach families toward safer, stronger home environments.

Earn a $500 new hire bonus and join a team focused on building lasting change for children and families across the community. Flexible scheduling with daytime/evening hours and weekend opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Supervise visits between parents and children to ensure child safety.
• Coach parents on positive parenting techniques and behavior management strategies.

• No degree required; candidates must be at least 21 and have a safe, reliable vehicle.
