Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health or human service-related field or education.
• Required: Associates degree in health and human service-related field or education and 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to expectant parents and caregivers.
• Provide parenting education, support, and advocacy.
• Link families to local resources and help design individualized support plans.
• Meet clients primarily in the home and via telephone.
