Job summary

Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) is seeking a Family Success Coach to work in the Boone and Callaway counties of Missouri. The role focuses on delivering family services, coaching clients toward their goals, and identifying barriers to stability.

You will advocate for resources and bolster the families' support networks to foster resilience and independence. The ideal candidate has knowledge of family development and social services, with prior case management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of family development and social services.
• Willingness to become certified with a Family Development Credential (FDC) during the first 2 years (paid by employer).
• Prefer a related college degree.
• Prefer experience working with low-income families.

Responsibilities

• Provide family services to meet clients' needs and coach them on their goals.
• Help families recognize barriers to stability and secure resources.
• Act as an advocate to strengthen support networks and connections.
• Work in Boone and Callaway counties.

Job description

Family Success Coach needed in the Boone/Callaway area to provide family services to meet their needs, coach them on their goals, and help them recognize barriers to stability. Will act as an advocate for the families to provide resources and strengthen their support network. Will work in both Boone and Callaway counties. Pay is $16.21 per hour.

Job Requirements:

• Must have general knowledge of family development and social services. Previous work experience as a case manager or social worker is helpful.
• Willingness to become certified with a Family Development Credential (FDC) during the first 2 years of employment (paid by employer).
• Prefer a related college degree.
• Prefer experience working with low-income families.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday or
