Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate support for the school system and its vision, goals, and priorities.
• Provide a rigorous curriculum aligned with ALSDE and CTE Course of Study.
• Sponsor a CTSO and participate in at least one program-related competition per year.
• Adhere to all rules, procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, counselors, and related service providers in planning for students.
• Develop and implement individual education service and transition plans for students.
• Engage in professional growth and demonstrate professional ethics and leadership.
• Use current technology for instruction and management.
• Compile and analyze data and interpret applicable laws and policies.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; effective communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
