How Your Role Makes a Difference

When families face challenging situations or crises, children become more vulnerable to trauma or neglect. Bethany offers Intact Family Services to help parents resolve issues such as domestic violence, substance use, mental health challenges, and more—preventing harm or out-of-home placement for children.

As an Intact Family Services case manager, you'll provide counseling, conduct in-home visits, and coordinate services to strengthen families so they can care for their children at home.

• Serving as a resource for the needs of children and families.
• Attending training, meetings, and supervision sessions.
• Preparing reports and documentation.

Qualifications

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with at least three years’ experience in child welfare; or a BSW/MSW with two years’ experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Willing to obtain CWEL and CERAP certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license with three years’ driving experience, pass records check, and maintain insurance.
• Pass criminal history and child protection screening.
• Subscribe to and support the agency’s faith and mission statements.
