Qualifications
Supervisory experience in social services, youth and family programs, and DV/SA programs preferred.
Willingness to complete the required 40-hour Domestic Violence Basic Advocacy training.
Experience in child welfare, victim/survivor advocacy, domestic/sexual violence response or employment systems strongly desired.
Commitment to racial equity, cultural humility, and trauma-informed practices.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
