Qualifications

• Willingness to complete the required 40-hour Domestic Violence Basic Advocacy training.
• Experience in child welfare, victim/survivor advocacy, domestic/sexual violence response or employment systems strongly desired.
• Commitment to racial equity, cultural humility, and trauma-informed practices.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Family Stability programs.
• Supervise and support Coordinators providing direct case management.
• Oversee program data collection, documentation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community agencies and public systems.
