This is a part-time position. The schedule is about 5-10 hours per week, with some occasional evening and weekend hours. The opportunity for more hours may be available in the future as the number of families in the program increases.

Under the leadership of the Wraparound Program Supervisor, you will work with the Wraparound Facilitator and the Wraparound Parent Partner to provide direct services to youth and families. This includes:

  • Work directly with youth and families in their home and community to develop positive relationships and implement the plan of care
