Job summary

SBCS is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead Home Visitors in delivering high-quality, family-centered home visiting services under the Healthy Families America model at SBCS Headquarters. This role requires oversight, data integrity, and collaboration with the program team to meet accreditation standards.

You will supervise several Home Visitors, ensure adherence to curriculum, provide ongoing staff development, and engage in program evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, health, social services or related field OR a minimum of one year of experience in HFA implementation.
• Experience implementing evidence-based models and maintaining fidelity to established program standards, including HFA.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred, in family-support/home visiting/social services.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
• Experience working with families with children ages 0-5 years.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly providing in-home parenting education and support services, required.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and communities; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of infant and child development and parent-infant health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly administrative, clinical, and reflective supervision with Home Visitors to support professional development and strengthen service delivery.
• Supervise up to six Home Visitors to ensure adherence to program standards.
• Ensure Home Visitors adhere to HFA model and maintain fidelity to curriculum and standards.
• Collaborate with County-wide Coordinator and Evaluator to support HFA site accreditation in the South Region.
• Complete data entry and ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation by staff.
• Implement QA activities to monitor service quality and continuous improvement.
• Train and orient new staff to program policies, procedures and HFA standards.
• Assist with planning monthly parent groups and graduation activities.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
