Job summary

Four Oaks Family & Children Services in Grinnell, IA seeks an experienced management professional to oversee Family Centered Services programs for children and families. The role requires strong supervision, budget and grant administration, and collaboration with schools and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities include ensuring program design, standards compliance, staff development, and effective documentation across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of social service experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Family Centered Services program design and implementation to help children and families achieve outcomes.
• Oversee daily program operations including care management, supervision, team functioning, and documentation.
• Ensure programs meet or exceed performance and licensing standards.
• Assist administration of grants, contracts, and affiliation agreements.
• Coordinate with schools, medical/psychiatric contacts, and referring workers to ensure appropriate treatment.
• Maintain facilities prioritizing health, sanitation, safety, and appearance.
• Lead staff, ensuring client outcomes and coordination with success and/or case managers.
• Document service delivery, treatment objectives, and intervention strategies.
• Develop effective, standards-based treatment and care protocols.
