Independence Health System Inc. seeks a non-exempt team member to support Family Services in a pediatric mental health setting.

You will work on implementing the daily activities per treatment plans, build therapeutic relationships with children, and coordinate with staff for seamless delivery of care. Responsibilities include assessing patient progress with Therapists, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining a collaborative, compassionate environment for patients and families.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation or activity therapies.
• Prior mental health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with staff to implement Family Services programming per treatment plan.
• Build therapeutic relationships with children and interact professionally with families.
• Coordinate activities with staff to ensure continuity of services.
• Assist Therapists in evaluating symptoms and progress and provide feedback.
• Adhere to guidelines and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
