Essential Functions
- Perform duties professionally with integrity and ethical business practices.
- Provide cemetery tours and guide families to burial sites.
- Build relationships, ensure excellent service, and develop referrals through attendance at services and visitations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, accurately complete documentation, and conduct audits.
- Maintain pricing structures and submit contracts and payments timely.
- Report progress to the Sales Manager and complete required reports.
- Develop new prospects through community outreach and presentations.
- Coordinate with funeral homes and team members to exceed family expectations.
- Meet or exceed revenue standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
- Participate in training initiatives and respond to hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred; some college required.
- Proven success in outside sales preferred.
- Possession or ability to obtain an insurance license as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good record.
- Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and exercise good judgment.
