Children’s Therapy Center in Burien, WA seeks a Family Resources Coordinator to join our Early Support Team serving our Burien service-area. The FRC coordinates services for families of young children with developmental delays, guiding them through IFSP processes and coordinating care in natural environments, including telehealth when needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary ESIT team, cultural competence, and proactive family engagement to support healthy development

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent experience in field related to social services or early child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification currently required.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience working with families and young children in multi-cultural settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct family-centered screenings and assessments.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child development across diverse backgrounds.
• Provide culturally relevant home/telehealth support using a coaching model.
• Coach families to support healthy routines and development.
• Develop and implement IFSP with the ESIT team, ensuring family needs are met.
• Build relationships with caregivers and collaborate with community partners.
