Job summary

The Osborne Association seeks a dedicated Program Coordinator to join the FamilyWorks team across New York State DOCCS facilities. This full-time role coordinates parenting and relationship programs in prisons, manages staff and operations at five Family Centers, and drives contract targets with DOCCS and community partners.

Responsibilities include supervising ~12 staff, organizing graduations and class schedules, ensuring DOCCS clearances, and maintaining strong funder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1-2 years of program/service management experience in a social service agency.
• Non-profit experience is preferred with understanding of criminal justice.

• Collaborate with the VP of Prison Services to set goals, objectives and work plans.
