Job summary

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc seeks a Family Preservation Provider in Hendricks County (Avon, IN) to support children and families through community partnerships, referrals from DCS, and strengths-based planning. The role requires adaptability to school, clinic, or home settings and may include evenings or weekends.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or combination of education and experience, with preferred mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a human services related field
• Associate's degree in human services or related field AND 2 years direct care experience
• High School Graduate or GED and 4 years direct care experience
• Any combination of the above equal 4 years post high school
• Two to three years of experience working in the mental health field preferred

Responsibilities
