Job summary

Progressive Life Center, Inc. (PLC) seeks an experienced program supervisor for the Family Preservation program.

You will lead staff, ensure compliance with COA/COMAR, and coordinate meetings with funders while maintaining records and reports. The role requires a Master’s in social work, Maryland LCSW-C, and 2+ years supervisory experience, with travel within the Washington Metropolitan region and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Maryland Clinical Social Work License (LCSW-C).
• Two or more years related human services field experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory administration in a Mental Health facility desirable.
• Experience providing home-based services preferred.
• Strong administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience using MS Office Suite and web-based database systems.
• Ability to travel within the Washington Metropolitan region and valid driver’s license.
• NTU Service Delivery Model certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute overall direction for program.
• Supervise and evaluate program staff.
• Conduct weekly supervision and team meetings with staff.
• Participate in bi-weekly case consultation with contract monitor/funding source.
• Coordinate intra-team record reviews.
• Attend meetings with contract monitor/funding source.
• Assign referrals to appropriate staff.
• Maintain referral database and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain confidential client files and participate in agency leadership meetings.
• Facilitate consumer input meetings and mandatory trainings.
• Ensure program processes adhere to COMAR regulations and COA standards.
