Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Family Preservation/Crisis Stabilization program in Beaver Falls, PA. You will collaborate with the Program Director, coordinate service delivery, monitor documentation, and support staff development in a dynamic community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of experience working in child welfare services.
• Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Clearances: State Police/FBI, Child Protection, Mandated Reporter.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff.
• Coordinate family preservation services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and revise program procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
• Oversee documentation and reporting for billing and regulatory purposes.
