Sanitas Healthcare of Texas PA seeks a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan. The role centers on patient examinations, preventive care, and managing chronic conditions within a family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care with specialists and other providers.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document care plans.
  • Provide emergency stabilization when needed and participate in community health initiatives.

Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses. Provide routine check-ups and preventive care services.Health Promotion and Education - Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. Discuss age-appropriate screenings and immunizations with patients.Chronic Disease Management - Manage and monitor patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Coordinate care with specialists when needed.Family-Centered Care - Foster open communication to address family health concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.Collaboration with Specialists - Consult with and refer patients to specialists as needed.
