Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses. Provide routine check-ups and preventive care services.Health Promotion and Education - Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. Discuss age-appropriate screenings and immunizations with patients.Chronic Disease Management - Manage and monitor patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Coordinate care with specialists when needed.Family-Centered Care - Foster open communication to address family health concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.Collaboration with Specialists - Consult with and refer patients to specialists as needed. These positions typically require prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling of equipment or supplies (up to 50 pounds), manual dexterity, and compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Facilities Technicians may also perform repairs, renovations, remodeling, preventive maintenance, and use tools and equipment to support our medical centers.Environmental ConditionsInside: The employee is subject to environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
