Job summary

BAS HealthCare in Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their growing outpatient team. This position offers a 100% outpatient work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on quality-driven patient care without overnight or weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient practice preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 patients per day.
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation.

An established outpatient practice in Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a growing team. This group has three openings. The practice provides care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting.

Practice Details

• 100% outpatient setting
• Monday – Friday schedule
• 40-hour work week
• 36 patient-facing hours
• ½ day administrative time
• See approximately 15–20 patients per day (capped at 20)
• Same-day appointments available
• No hospital responsibilities
• No nights or weekends

Call Schedule

• 1:5 rotation
• Phone call only
• Very light volume
