Role Requirements:
- Family Medicine MD or DO - Outpatient
- Primary care services and procedures
- Basic Women’s Health
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Florida Medical License
- Call coverage is 1 in 5 weeks
- Office located at 7760 Curley Road, Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Ages treated: 12 years and older, including geriatrics
