Role Requirements:

1. Family Medicine MD or DO - Outpatient
   • Primary care services and procedures
   • Basic Women’s Health
2. Board Certified or Board Eligible
3. Must possess or be able to obtain a Florida Medical License
4. Call coverage is 1 in 5 weeks
5. Office located at 7760 Curley Road, Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545
   • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
   • Ages treated: 12 years and older, including geriatrics
