SageWest Health Care in Wyoming is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a established group with strong office support and a focus on work/life balance. The position offers a 40-hour week, flexible scheduling, and no current on-call requirements, with about 20 patients per day and procedures at the provider's comfort level.

Eligible candidates must be BE/BC in Family or Internal Medicine and be able to obtain a WY medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority; one

About The Position

• Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8 5, this can be flexible)
• Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed)
• Average patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped up
• Typical procedures: Per provider s comfort level
• Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider
• Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Minimum of one year in practice preferred
