Kaizen Clinical Partners in the Rio Grande Valley is currently seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join their expanding primary care group. We welcome practicing physicians and recent residency graduates to consider this opportunity.

Our practice, comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, fosters a strong culture of value-based care for our patients and their families.

Job Details:

• Locations in Edinburg/Elsa areas
• Office-based practice, no hospital rounding
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• 2 Medical Assistants per provider
• Supervisory APPs
• Average of 18-20 patient encounters per day
• In-house X-ray imaging (site-specific)
• Call rotation of 1:7
• No procedures required
• Competitive compensation with incentives, bonuses, and partnership track options
• Spanish speaking skills preferred
