Introducing an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, innovative, and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized within a collaborative work environment.

Position Details:

1. Role: Outpatient Primary Care - Family Medicine Physician (Pediatrics and Adults, no OB)
2. Location: Windsor, CT
3. Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
4. Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
5. Phone Call Only: Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
6. Guarantee Range: $250,000 - $345,000
7. Work Authorization: H1B cap-exempt employer
