At NorthBay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Primary Care Physician will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Health's Center for Primary Care provides exceptional family practice, internal medicine, and pediatric physicians close to your home with compassionate staff and access to an entire network of specialists, should you ever need one. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Outpatient only

Call Ratio: Balanced call ratio split between physicians and sites

Daily Patient Census: 18 patients per day

Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources

Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment
• Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition
• Monitors lab results, medication adherence, and medication toxicities
• Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
• Explains and discusses procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient
• Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary
• Represents the practice at hospital committees in a manner that reasonably distributes the burden of attending meetings among all physicians in the group
• Collaborate and manage APPs

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed to practice medicine in California
• Proven experience in a primary care setting
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Perks:

• Annual Compensation Range: $320,000 - $418,000
• Sign-On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidates
