Primary Care Opportunity Making Over $320,000 in Tulsa, OK

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE, TOTAL POTENTIAL $324,000 + Full Benefits

We're a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving our patients' lives. We deliver top-quality care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients feel at home and become part of a wellness-focused community. Our patients enjoy greater continuity of care and respectful treatment from staff who genuinely care about them, their families, and communities. The center offers Uber/Lyft for those who don't drive and provides activities like exercise and art for seniors to promote health at no cost.

Role

• Compensation: Base $260k to $270k + up to 20% of base salary in bonus
• Bonuses based on: patient satisfaction, living company values, HEDIS compliance, reducing hospital sick days
• Primary Care - Outpatient
• Start date: New center opens May 2025
• Value-Based Care Model
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• Panel size: Max of 650
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• Call schedule: Based on number of providers in the market (e.g., 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians)
• Physicians have dedicated care teams with MAs, schedulers, referral specialists, and leadership support
