About the Position:

• Join a team consisting of 1 Physician and 2 APPs
• Expected patient load of 15-18 patients per day on average
• EMR: EPIC
• Flexible schedule (4 10-hour days or 5 8-hour days), Clinic hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Lab and X-ray services onsite
