Primary Care Opportunity Making Over $320,000 in Tulsa, OK

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE, with a total potential of $324,000 + Full Benefits

We are a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to enhancing our patients' lives. The center provides Uber/Lyft services for those who don't drive, along with free activities such as exercise and art programs for seniors to promote better health.

Role:

• Compensation: Base $260k to $270k + up to 20% of base salary in bonuses
• Bonus criteria include: patient satisfaction ratings, living the company's values, HEDIS compliance, and reducing hospital sick days
• Primary Care - Outpatient
• Start date: New center opens May 2025
• Model: Value-Based Care
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• Panel size: Max of 650 patients
• Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Call schedule: Based on provider numbers in the market (e.g., if 32 physicians, then 1:32 weeks)
• Support: Each physician has a dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree

• Proficiency in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care
