Located 10 minutes SW of Franklin, IN; 20 minutes S of Greenwood, IN.
Site:
- Laid-back practices with long-term staff in "rural" areas and a conservative, non-diverse community - "homey/family" feel.
Details:
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Schedule: Full-time = 35 hours in clinic + 5 "admin" hours. The schedule is flexible to complete the 35 clinic hours and 5 admin hours. Admin hours are to be completed in the office.
- Typical schedule includes: 3 days (8-5:30), 1 day (8-7), and 1 admin day at home if needed.
- Volume: 20-22 patients per day on average
- Patient demographics: 60% female, 40% male, mostly adults with occasional pediatric acute cases when the Pediatrician is unavailable.
- Procedures: Standard family medicine procedures, including Paps, I&Ds, contraceptive management, trigger point injections, skin tag/toenail removal, minor lesions, and others as desired.
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Patient appointments: Flexibility to work with the practice manager on patient scheduling templates.
- Call: 1:12 or better, phone-only backup to nurse triage answering service. Approximately 1 weekday every 2-3 weeks and 1 weekend every 2-3 months, averaging 3 call shifts per month.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $235,000 + Enculturation Bonus
- Enculturation (Retention) Bonus: $10,000/year based on continued successful acclimation, payable at end of each contract year (Years 1 & 2)
- Signing Bonus: $25,000 paid upon receipt of signed contract
