This physician's group in Texas is looking to hire a BE/BC, passionate and patient-focused Family Medicine physician to provide outstanding family-centered urgent and occupational care across the South Plains, with more than 400,000 clinic visits per year. We are dedicated to providing a wide range of routine medical services for adult and pediatric patients.

• The group offers 100% primary care, 100% urgent care, hybrid primary/urgent care, and family medicine/women's health options.
• It is a growing practice with new clinics opening starting summer 2022, totaling 30 neighborhood clinics.
• Each clinic typically has 2 physicians, 2-3 APPs, lab and radiology services, and CMA/CNAs.
• Clinics are equipped with in-house X-ray and lab services.
• Uses Cerner EMR system.
• Handles 25+ patients per day for primary and urgent care.
• No call responsibilities.
• Compensation includes Base Salary, Productivity Bonus, Pay to supervise APPs, Quarterly Bonus, CME, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation assistance, TMB Fees, DEA, Board Certification, Malpractice coverage, Full Benefits, Retirement plan, gym reimbursement, and wellness program.
