Job description

The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM and IM will both be considered) for our Multispecialty Care Clinic in Taylorville, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Position Requirements

1. Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start

Compensation & Benefits

1. 2-year base guarantee
2. Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance available

4. 20 days off + 6 holidays per year, with additional days earned over years of service

7. Pay Range: $291,195 - $351,282

Qualifications

Education

• Clinical doctorate required

Experience

• Competence in healthcare delivery for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics required

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed in the state of practice
• BLS certification
• Controlled Substance license and Federal DEA, if applicable
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Board certification or eligibility
