• Clinical Role:
  • Permanent job opening for a family medicine physician
  • Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible candidate
  • Ideal candidate is patient-centered, easy-going, and a leader who enjoys working with a low-maintenance, highly relational team. This is a growth position!
  • OB is optional for this position
  • Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to a hospital
  • Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (starting September '23: 1:9), and weeknight call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September '23)
  • Part of a multi-specialty group including FP, IM, NP/PAs, and integrated Behavioral Health services
  • On-site specialists include Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology, OBGYN, General Surgery, and more, with additional specialists available at the main campus in Duluth
  • 24/7 nurse-on-line triage service
  • Use of EPIC electronic medical records in clinic and hospital
  • Admit to a 25-bed CAH hospital with transitional care; transfers to a nearby Level 1 Trauma hospital
  • Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
