We seek a collaborative, engaged, and committed physician who can effectively engage with colleagues and patients, sharing our dedication to providing exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes.

The Opportunity:

• Outpatient-only practice with hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm
• Schedule options of 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week
• Choose between 1.0, 0.9, or 0.8 FTE, all considered full-time positions
• On-call is phone call only, with 2-3 weekends and 6-7 weeknights per year
• 28-36 patient contact hours, depending on FTE and appointment template selected
• Two-year salary guarantee with a generous sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including annual CME funds, immediate vacation/CME, and a multi-funded 401K retirement plan
