I'm representing a full-time Primary Care opportunity in Northwest Illinois. • Employed by a 99-bed community hospital; clinic connected to the hospital

• Current providers average 4,000+ patient encounters annually
• Full hospitalist and ER support
• Flexible schedule: After guarantee period, no PTO-work when you want

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed median salary for up to 2 years, transitioning to wRVU once bonus threshold is met
