- BC/ Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

- Full-time permanent position

- The Medical Director will be responsible for leading, as a dyad partner with the Mobile Practice Manager, the in-home primary care provider teams in St. Louis, MO.

- The Medical Director will see patients in their homes up to 3 days a week alongside their provider colleagues.

- Experience with managed care and/or value-based practice.

- Focuses on primary care and transitional care support for our highest-need patients in their homes.

- Serve as formal manager doing regular performance reviews and check-ins, approving paid-time-off requests, and managing miscellaneous human resource topics for providers in the market.

- A passion for the geriatric population, low-income patients, and a motivation to be part of a fast-growing organization.
