Clinical Role:

• Internal Medicine candidates are preferred! Family Medicine candidates looking to start working in 2025 are also encouraged to submit.
• Current openings are located in Bay City, MI, and Saginaw Township, MI. Additional sites will be opening for a 2025 start; inquire at interview. Current locations have openings due to upcoming retiring physicians.

• Many practice sites designated as patient-centered medical homes, some with CPC+ status.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.
• Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only).
• Outpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program.
