• $235k-$275k, guaranteed year one then Salary + RVU model year 2 and on

About the Position: BC/BE Family Medicine

• Team of 4 other Family Medicine physicians
• Mon-Fri, 8-5 position.
• Call schedule is 1:3, but RNs take first call. Average # of calls per physician is 1 call every 3 months but all done over phone.
• No hospital call, no nights, no weekends!
• Excellent work + life balance
• 18-24 Patients per day
• Full Lab and X-Ray services on site
