Job description

- Seeking a Board-Certified FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine Physician

- Outpatient responsibilities only

- Full-time permanent position

- Monday to Friday

- No nights, no weekends

- Small patient panels for consistency and focus

- 12-15 patients per day

- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes

- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest

Salary and Benefits

• Above-market compensation
• Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
