Renaissance Family Practice - UPMC, is seeking a Family Medicine or Med Peds Physician to join the Penn Hills location in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

What you can expect working with RFP:

• Base salary with opportunities for additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan and an APP Utilization Plan.
• Benefits starting on day one: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; employer-paid short and long-term disability; life insurance/AD&D; $4,100 annually for CME; and 10 days of paid parental leave.
• Time off: 25 days of PTO/CME, front-loaded on day one.
• Retirement options: 403(b) plan with a 50% match on the first 6% contributed, plus an employer-paid pension plan. Participate in both!

Work Schedule and Resources:

• 36 hours of patient-facing clinical time Monday through Friday, with 4 hours of administrative time weekly.

• Resources include point-of-care testing, EKG, OMT, and hospital access at UPMC St. Margaret.

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
