Renaissance Family Practice - UPMC, is seeking a Family Medicine or Med Peds Physician to join the Penn Hills location in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
What you can expect working with RFP:
- Base salary with opportunities for additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan and an APP Utilization Plan.

Work Schedule and Resources:
- 36 hours of patient-facing clinical time Monday through Friday, with 4 hours of administrative time weekly.
- Easy referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and specialists; access to diabetic retinal exams read by an ophthalmologist in-practice.

- Shared call and rounding duties, with weekends shared with another nearby Renaissance location.
- Resources include point-of-care testing, EKG, OMT, and hospital access at UPMC St. Margaret.
Job Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Med Peds Residency Program
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Med Peds
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA certification
