Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians (MD / DO) for both locum and permanent opportunities across multiple locations in Oklahoma. These positions offer flexibility, competitive compensation, and the chance to work in well-established healthcare settings.

Role : Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) Locum & Permanent

Locations : Multiple locations across Oklahoma

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for weekend or extended-hour shifts (depending on location)

Setting : Outpatient clinic, with potential inpatient opportunities if desired

Call : Minimal or none, depending on site preference

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.

Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for preventive and ongoing care.

Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team members for collaborative patient management.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure thorough documentation.

Qualifications :

MD / DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board Certification / Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.

Active Oklahoma medical license or willingness to obtain one.

Strong focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
