St. Luke's Elmore is currently seeking a board-certified or eligible family medicine physician to join our collegial and patient-focused primary care team. Our team includes family medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, and internal medicine providers. This ambulatory position is based at Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic, where you'll see patients of all ages, providing preventive care and treatment for various conditions and illnesses.
We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing continuous relationships with patients and coordinated care for wellness and illness. The Trinity Mountain clinic offers a wide scope of services, including women's health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations, family planning, and disease management. The role includes responsibilities such as newborn nursery care, pediatric call, and cesarean section assisting.
St. Luke's Elmore has three clinic locations offering a broad spectrum of specialty, urgent, and primary care services. These clinics are located on the same campus as our hospital, which features 25 inpatient beds, a 24-hour emergency department, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit.
