Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care teams in Medford, Oregon & surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to join an amazing team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and an excellent support staff. We offer flexible scheduling options with no call or inpatient work required.

1. Flexible schedule: Four 10-hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8-hour days
2. Manage 72 patients per week via clinical encounters (new grads will gradually build up to this)
3. Utilize Dax AI and Epic EMR systems
4. Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness)
5. Year 1: Base salary of $285,900
6. Year 2 and beyond: Annual performance incentives
7. Primary Care production plan: $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600, plus annual productive bonus
8. $60,000 signing bonus
9. Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
10. Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
11. 240 hours authorized time off
12. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
