• Income guarantee, starting at $00.00 base, then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment area for 400k people.

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine

• Team of 8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, flexible schedule, approximately 4.5 days in clinic.
• 100% outpatient.
• Average patient volume: 14-22 patients per day.
• AI-powered note integration with EPIC EMR to streamline documentation.
