Family Medicine Opening - Lake Charles, LA

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Physician-owned, multi-specialty group
• Owner/Partner from day 1; Associate Partner; we do not employ physicians

Work Schedule

During the 2-year guarantee, 4.5 days per week required. Once on production, the physician sets their schedule and can work as much or as little as desired. Production only impacts the physician's income.

Compensation

• 2-year salary guaranteed at MGMA median, plus coverage of all practice-related expenses
• Bonus opportunity

• From Year 3 onward, compensation based on collections minus expenses (production model)
