Primary Care Physician Description

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k - $270k + Signing Bonus up to $50k or $100k Forgivable loan

We are a physician-led and mission-driven primary care organization, currently one of the most successful full-provider models, transforming care for the neediest populations. Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

• Compensation: $250k - $270k
• Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
• Partnership: No buy-in, typically within 12-18 months of start date; 65% become partners after 1 year, earning over $300k
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)
• Work/Life Balance: Small patient panel (max 450 patients)
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated care and support team (own MA/Scheduler)
